There are 34 homes at 74 Rumford: they consist of two bedrooms homes, two bedrooms with a study, and 3 bedroom homes. There are 9 different floor plans, almost all of which have views overlooking the courtyard and a Charles River "inlet". One can launch a kayak or a canoe at 74 Rumford’s shallow Charles River inlet, and paddle under a bridge into the famous Lakes District, an area of the Charles renovated by the Metropolitan Parks Commission in 2006-2007.
